Refund policy
The customer is responsible for any returns shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Shape Blvd is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. Tracking will be provided on returns via returns portal.
All Shape Blvd items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached, stickers and free of makeup, perfumes, etc . Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Shape Blvd's return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense or a 20% damage fee per unit will be subtracted from the refund.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only.
Once your return has been received please allow 3-5 days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Shape Blvd guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days as long as you follow our care instructions.
If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number for our production team to review.
By placing an order with Shape Blvd, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
